i’ve been meaning to submit this here for the longest time, but.. i dunno
it never happened until now, so yeah!

this was a piece i submitted for the V.A.S.E competition in texas
and all of this happened during february.

even though its been a while since i’ve drawn this, i actually really like it despite all of the errors i can pick out now.

when i drew this, i had my good friend in mind.
she happens to suffer from depression quite often..
and i know in some point during our lives, we all go through this.
i wanted to draw something that depicted depression or how i saw it and this is the result.
i want to describe what means what in this drawing, but i’m not good at doing that, so i’ll let your imagination fill in the description.}
